Cheers to Two Years

CHEERS TO TWO YEARS!

Today is our two year anniversary!  I once heard a quote by John Quincy Adams: "Patience and perseverance have a magical effect before which difficulties disappear and obstacles vanish."  That has never felt more true than now.  I thought 2020 would be our year.  We opened wanting to be different than everywhere else.  We wanted to be transparent in our prices and provide a customer experience.  We didn't want satisified patients.....we wanted people that were so overwhelmingly happy that they would be loyal patients.  We wanted to be part of this community and to treat people like family (I love my family in case you were wondering).  My husband's and my philosophy has helped us achieve steady growth, but has made profits a little slower to come by.  I was starting to see the light when COVID hit and everything shut down.  I can't tell you the stress I felt wanting to take care of our employees, yet wondering how our new business would make it through this without any cash reserves.  It was very hard, but we were able to keep all of our employees on at full pay.  And we were able to make it through the shut-down and re-open our doors.  And thanks to all of you, we made it to two years!!  Thank you so much for the support.  We truly love being a part of this community.  The difficulties and the obstacles may not have vanished quite yet, but it is easier to see a way through them.  Helen Keller once said, "A bend in the road is not the end of the road unless you fail to make the turn."  We are turning and looking ahead to a bright future.
